줄거리

A boy is in a critical condition after a car crash and needs a rare lifesaving drug. The top medical professor, Evelyn Runder, gets on the high-speed train to deliver it. After she gets on board, a couple returning from a trip humiliates her and smashes the only dose of the drug she is carrying. They revel in it, unaware of the consequences of their action.
